1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the website, services, forms, applications, consultations, and related services provided by Bookbrite Study Abroad Advisers Pty Ltd ("Bookbrite", "we", "our", or "us").

By accessing our website, submitting an enquiry, booking a consultation, engaging our services, or providing information to us, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms.

If you do not agree with these Terms, you should not use our website or services.

Bookbrite provides education consulting and student recruitment services, including but not limited to:

  • Education counselling
  • Course selection and pathway advice
  • University application assistance
  • College and vocational admissions support
  • Student recruitment services
  • Student visa support services
  • Overseas Student Health Cover (OSHC) guidance
  • Scholarship information
  • Accommodation guidance
  • Career and education planning
  • Related support services

Bookbrite acts as an education consultant and recruitment representative for selected education providers and does not provide legal advice unless specifically authorised to do so.


3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to use our services.

If you are under 18 years of age, a parent, guardian, or authorised representative must act on your behalf and accept these Terms.


4. No Guarantee of Admission, Visa Approval or Outcomes

While we endeavour to provide accurate advice and assistance, Bookbrite cannot and does not guarantee:

  • Admission into any course;
  • Acceptance by any education provider;
  • Scholarship approval;
  • Student visa approval;
  • Visa extension approval;
  • Permanent residency outcomes;
  • Employment outcomes;
  • Migration outcomes; or
  • Any other government or third-party decision.

All admissions, scholarships, visas, and government decisions remain entirely at the discretion of the relevant institution or authority.


5. Student Responsibilities

You agree to:

  • Provide accurate, complete, and truthful information;
  • Promptly notify us of any changes to your circumstances;
  • Provide genuine documents only;
  • Meet all application deadlines;
  • Review all application forms before submission;
  • Respond to requests for information within reasonable timeframes;
  • Comply with the requirements of education providers and government authorities.

You acknowledge that delays, refusals, cancellations, or adverse outcomes may result from inaccurate, incomplete, misleading, or fraudulent information.


6. Document Verification

Bookbrite may request supporting documents to verify information provided by you.

We reserve the right to:

  • Refuse to process applications containing false or misleading information;
  • Suspend services while verification is undertaken;
  • Terminate services where fraudulent documentation is identified; and
  • Report suspected fraud to relevant authorities where required by law.


7. Fees and Payments

Certain services may attract service fees.

Where fees apply:

  • Fees will be disclosed before work commences;
  • Fees may be payable in advance;
  • Payment terms must be complied with;
  • Additional services may incur additional fees.

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, all fees are quoted in Australian Dollars (AUD).

You are responsible for:

  • Application fees charged by institutions;
  • Visa application charges;
  • English testing fees;
  • Health insurance premiums;
  • Government charges;
  • Courier fees; and
  • Other third-party charges.


8. Refund Policy

Unless otherwise required by law or agreed in writing:

  • Consultation fees are generally non-refundable once the consultation has occurred.
  • Administrative fees are generally non-refundable once work has commenced.
  • Application fees paid to educational institutions are subject to the refund policies of the relevant institution.
  • Visa application charges are subject to government refund policies.
  • OSHC and insurance refunds are subject to the insurer's terms and conditions.

No refund will be provided where services have already been substantially delivered.

Nothing in these Terms limits any rights you may have under Australian Consumer Law.


9. Third-Party Providers

Bookbrite works with:

  • Universities
  • Colleges
  • TAFE institutions
  • Registered Training Organisations
  • Insurance providers
  • Accommodation providers
  • Testing providers
  • Government authorities

These organisations operate independently of Bookbrite.

We are not responsible for:

  • Decisions made by education providers;
  • Course availability;
  • Tuition fee changes;
  • Scholarship decisions;
  • Visa decisions;
  • Actions or omissions of third parties.

You agree to comply with any terms and conditions imposed by such third parties.


10. Related Entities

To provide services efficiently, Bookbrite may share information with its related entities including:

  • Pioneer Global Pty Ltd (ABN 99 617 093 099)
  • Pioneer Global Education and Migration Services Pty Ltd (ABN 17 665 091 690)
  • Bookbrite Advisors Pty Ltd (ABN 51 690 091 224)
  • Bookbrite Accounting & Taxation Advisers Pty Ltd (ABN 46 682 393 415)

These entities may assist with:

  • Student counselling
  • Administration
  • Customer support
  • Compliance
  • Marketing
  • Business operations


11. Overseas Processing and Outsourcing

Bookbrite may utilise overseas contractors, consultants, support teams, and service providers to assist with:

  • Administration
  • Student support
  • Application processing
  • Customer service
  • Data entry
  • Information technology services
  • Marketing support

Such service providers may be located in:

  • India
  • Nepal
  • Bangladesh
  • Philippines
  • New Zealand
  • United Kingdom
  • Canada
  • Other countries where our service providers operate

By engaging our services, you consent to the use of overseas service providers where reasonably necessary.


12. Privacy

Our collection, use, storage, and disclosure of personal information are governed by our Privacy Policy.

By using our services, you consent to our handling of personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy.


13. Website Use

You must not:

  • Use the website for unlawful purposes;
  • Upload malicious software;
  • Attempt to gain unauthorised access to systems;

  • Admission refusals;
  • Visa refusals;
  • Delays in processing;
  • Changes in government policies;
  • Changes in education provider requirements;
  • Third-party decisions;
  • Inaccurate information supplied by you;
  • Technical issues beyond our control.

Where liability cannot be excluded by law, our liability is limited to re-supplying the relevant services or refunding the fees paid for those services, at our discretion.

Nothing in these Terms excludes rights available under Australian Consumer Law.


16. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Bookbrite, its directors, employees, contractors, consultants, agents, and related entities against any loss, damage, liability, cost, or expense arising from:

  • Your breach of these Terms;
  • Your misuse of our services;
  • False or misleading information provided by you;
  • Breach of any law by you.


17. Communications

You consent to receiving communications from Bookbrite by:

  • Email
  • Telephone
  • SMS
  • Messaging applications
  • Website notifications

These communications may include:

  • Application updates
  • Service information
  • Appointment reminders
  • Marketing communications (where permitted by law)

You may unsubscribe from marketing communications at any time.


18. Changes to Services

Bookbrite may:

at any time without prior notice.


19. Force Majeure

Bookbrite is not liable for delays or failures resulting from circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including:

Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
